What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the development and implementation of all treatment and service plans for clients and their families.</li>
<li>Ensure the development of an appropriate aftercare plan regarding ongoing client needs.</li>
<li>Ensure program supervision is provided to staff who are making decisions about the most appropriate service for a client and family.</li>
<li>Ensure staff is trained in the developmental/treatment strategies outlined in the treatment plans.</li>
<li>Ensure that staff utilize approved program strategies when working with clients and their families.</li>
<li>Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly goals for staff and program.</li>
<li>Provide both formal and informal training for assigned staff; training should be individualized, specialized and ongoing.</li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for assigned staff for continued professional development Develop corrective action plans as needed.</li>
<li>Provide regular supervision with assigned staff to ensure open lines of communication-provide both verbal and written feedback.</li>
<li>Ensure adequate staff coverage and crisis coverage for clients in cases of staff absences.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' experience in a related field.</li>
<li>Master's degree plus 1-year experience in a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Licensed Clinical Professional strongly preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT).</li>
<li>Experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: family and community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling or therapy, child protection, or child development.</li>
<li>Experience providing community-based services to children, youth, and their families, in areas of children's behavioral health.</li>
<li>Experience Supervising in a behavioral healthcare setting.</li>
<li>Experience working with licensed practitioners at a Supervisor level.</li>
<li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR. </li>
<li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check.</li>
</ul>
