NATURE OF WORK
Under the general supervision from the Crisis Services Supervisor, the Mobile Crisis Therapist is responsible for providing face-to-face crisis intervention and assessment services to individuals determined in need of this service by Law Enforcement, Hospital Emergency Department Personnel and Jails/Detention Centers in Darke, Miami and Shelby counties. Responsibilities:

<li>Submit external correspondences such as letters and progress reports to community partners [e.g., parole/ probation officers, case workers, etc.] on behalf of the patient to the supervisor for review and approval prior to sending to ensure communications are accurate and consistent and not solely based on patient requests.</li>

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
Essential Functions: PEER CBHW

Provides support in the recovery home at key times to manage the group living dynamic.

Provides recovery support education via modeling and direct peer support.

Helps coordinate support-meeting attendance and case management.

Encourages and coordinates resident engagement in recovery activities, community activities and volunteer opportunities.

 Summary/Objective Primary job responsibility is to implement behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in either a 1:1, 1:2 or small group setting.
