Key Responsibilities

<li>Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict, including initial case assessment, discovery, depositions, motion practice, pre-trial negotiations, courtroom advocacy, and post-trial motions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.</li>
<li>Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases, including preparation for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents; prepare summaries and reports.</li>
<li>Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.</li>
<li>Interview clients and witnesses, as well as drafting summaries of their statements and maintaining communication records.</li>
<li>Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings to observe and assist as needed; may represent the company or clients in routine matters.</li>
<li>Monitor changes in laws and regulations, and assist in updating the legal team on potential impacts to ongoing cases.</li>
