We’re seeking a highly capable Night Shift Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC and/or manual machining equipment that produces components for advanced aerospace systems. 
<ul>
<li>Operate and set up CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers with minimal supervision during off-peak hours</li>
<li>Interpret detailed aerospace blueprints, GD&amp;T, and engineering specifications</li>
<li>Perform accurate first‑article inspections and maintain consistent quality throughout runs</li>
<li>Conduct machine offsets, tool changes, and troubleshooting during the night shift</li>
<li>Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measurement tools for in-process checks</li>
<li>Maintain detailed production documentation and follow AS9100/ISO quality processes</li>
<li>Collaborate with day-shift teams via clear communication logs to ensure smooth handoffs</li>
<li>Contribute to a clean, efficient, and safety‑focused work environment</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.</li>
<li>1 - 3+ years of machining experience (CNC or manual); aerospace manufacturing is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.</li>
<li>Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of machining setup and operation.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills. </li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods.</li>
<li>Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision work.</li>
