The Supplier Process Principal Engineer position leads supplier delivery and characteristic improvement activity with automotive part suppliers in North America.&nbsp; Responsible for evaluating negative delivery, production, inventory management, plant/equipment, sub-supplier management, packaging control and/or workforce trends within the supply base; and developing and implementing systemic countermeasures to ensure acceptable delivery characteristics for Honda products and parts.&nbsp; This includes leading cross-functional collaboration in areas within Supply Chain Management, as well as New Model, Procurement, and Supplier Assurance to drive supplier characteristic improvement.
Responsibilities include:

<li>Perform in-depth analysis related to the supplier’s production planning, results and/or current business practices and correlation to Honda systems/requirements (example CMS) and propose improvement options</li>
<li>Manage engagement strategies for suppliers that are causing impact/risk to Honda. Performing deep root cause analysis through supplier Situational Analysis, establish&nbsp; commitment from supplier top management, and work collaboratively to understand supplier SA and manage an overall activity SAP.</li>
<li>Lead activity with concerned suppliers to understand current progress to overall SAP. Monitor, report on, and escalate suppliers that are not capable of meeting project milestones within the timeframe established.</li>
<li>Perform analysis of NARS reports (A-Rank, mislabel, etc) and applicable parts and identify actual and potential problems, clarify and review with applicable departments, implement countermeasures to avoid problem occurrence from production planning through delivery</li>
<li>Serve as subject matter expert to support and/or train Delivery associates in performing deep root cause analysis through data analysis, and oversee supplier situation analysis</li>
<li>Collaborate in supplier selection activity with cross-functional areas to confirm and improve actual supplier capability</li>
<li>Lead characteristic/systemic assessment and improvement activity after initial supplier crisis activity, as needed, to ensure supplier operational stability, efficiency, and characteristic improvement</li>

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled industrial Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial quilting, sewing and mattress production equipment within our facility. This role ensures smooth production operations by minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities •Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial quilting, sewing and adhesive machines. •Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and extend machine life. •Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, replacing or repairing defective parts. •Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality. •Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report equipment status to supervisors. •Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and meet operational goals. •Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. ________________________________________ Qualifications •High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. •Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial/facility maintenance. •Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. •Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus. •Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ________________________________________ Physical Requirements •Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a standing position for extended periods. •Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills •Experience with automated systems and basic mechanics. •Familiarity with PLCs and basic electrical wiring.
