Job Specifications/Requirements:

ComResource is looking for a Data &amp; AI Architect.
We need someone to assist in designing and leading modern Data and AI architecture strategies that support enterprise-wide adoption and scalable, secure solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain enterprise Data &amp; AI architecture strategies and roadmaps</li>
<li>Publish and enforce reference architectures, standards, and design patterns</li>
<li>Optimize workflows with automation, AI orchestration, intelligent decisioning, and feedback loops</li>
<li>Establish and update standards for Data &amp; AI technologies, including DevOps/MLOps, security, and observability</li>
<li>Architect and evolve core Data &amp; AI platforms, evaluating emerging tools and technologies</li>
<li>Provide architectural leadership and guidance across business and technology teams</li>
<li>Lead and review architecture deliverables, capability assessments, and technical evaluations</li>

Essentials:

<li>8+ years of IT design/implementation experience across AI/ML engineering, data platforms, cloud architecture, and modern data technologies</li>
<li>Experience designing GenAI solutions and working with MLOps, LLMs, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Snowflake Cortex, OpenAI, and Big Data tools</li>
<li>Expertise with enterprise data platform architectures (data lakes, warehouses, marts)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of DevOps/Data Engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code)</li>
<li>Proven AWS cloud experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, Snowflake)</li>
<li>Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Trusted leadership with ability to influence across business and IT</li>
<li>Ability to foster transparency, shared purpose, and clear accountability</li>
