Working Conditions

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical engineering function in our medium voltage switchgear division. Job Duties:

Weekly Pay
Entry-level role supporting production operations and assisting the facility and maintenance team with general tasks. Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Operate basic machinery and tools following work instructions.</li>
<li>Assemble, package, and handle materials.</li>
<li>Perform visual quality inspections and report defects.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety procedures.</li>
<li>Assist facility&nbsp;and maintenance team with:
<ul>
<li>General upkeep (cleaning, organizing tools and supplies).</li>
<li>Delivering parts and tools.</li>
<li>Basic preventive maintenance tasks under supervision (e.g., lubricating equipment, replacing filters).</li>
<li>Report facility issues such as lighting, leaks, or minor repairs.</li>
<li>Support compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>
<li>At least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Entry-level; 0–3 months experience working in a manufacturing environment (training provided).</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li>
<li>Basic math skills and ability to use hand tools.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.</li>
