Managing a variety of construction litigation matters including contract disputes, construction defects, delay claims, and payment disputes. 2. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to resolve disputes in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and related documents. 4. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on construction law matters. 5. Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. 6. Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on various construction law issues. 7.
