PURPOSE

COLLABORATION

<li>Attends regular meetings with Lucas County Jobs and Family Services to receive technical assistance and report updates.</li>
<li>Collaborates with local Chamber of Commerce and Financial Opportunity Centers to meet the core mission of the Benefit Bridge Program.</li>
<li>Provides assistance in gaining access to essential community resources and linking with appropriate vocational resources (OOD, ODJFS, BWC, etc.).</li>
<li>Meet monthly with Harbor Marketing Department go identify methods and techniques of planning and implementing an effective public outreach program; styles and techniques in writing talking points, brochures, social media, and web content.</li>
<li>Research techniques and practices for developing effective public outreach campaigns, community education programs, and presentations and share with Harbor Marketing.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Harbor Marketing to gather metrics for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of public outreach and education efforts.</li>

<li>Machine Setup:&nbsp;Mount tools, fixtures, and workpieces; load programs; set machine speeds/feeds; adjust offsets for accuracy.</li>
<li>Operation:&nbsp;Start/stop machine cycles; monitor the machining process for tool wear, breakage, and performance.</li>
<li>Quality Control:&nbsp;Read blueprints/specs; use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to inspect parts; verify dimensions and tolerances.</li>
<li>Maintenance:&nbsp;Perform routine checks (oil, coolant); clean machines and work areas (5S); replace worn tools; report issues.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting:&nbsp;Identify and resolve machining problems; suggest improvements to engineering.</li>
