ResponsibilitiesPerform hand assembly work on post-surface mount circuit boards. Verify correct component placement and orientation according to printed circuit boards. Read and interpret assembly drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs) to identify customer part numbers. Demonstrate a basic understanding of IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards. Utilize basic assembly tools and equipment, including hot glue, clipping, masking, and related processes. Qualifications and RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Associates may be assigned to work in either the Company’s fabrication or extrusion operations with job responsibilities that include but not limited to: • Operate fabrication equipment with little or no assistance after having been properly trained. • Maintain a rapid pace in packing extruded parts into the box or crate • Monitor parts counts in each box or container • Perform set-up and finishing work including construction of packaging materials, disposal of scrap and product labeling. • Assist with quality checks of extruded and fabricated parts. • Work in a safe manner, reporting safety risks, and keeping work areas clean. • Maintain accurate records of work performed including operator reports, safety check sheets, etc. • Perform other duties as assigned. 
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND/OR, RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or GED preferred • Some manufacturing or assembly experience desirable. Physical/Mental Demands: • Must be able to understand written and verbal instruction and following operating procedures. • Must be able to learn and retain information on products, operating procedures, quality requirements, set-ups, etc. • Must work well in a team setting. • Must be able to lift loads up 50 pounds and assist coworkers with heavier loads. • Must be able to work on your feet for an 12 hour shift
