We’re looking for a Production Coordinator who’s ready to get hands-on in the kitchen and warehouse — making our main product, keeping operations smooth, and leading with a “team-first” mentality.
 The Role
The Head of Production is a hands-on operator who is directly responsible for manufacturing our core product in-house. This role blends production work with leadership: you’ll be mixing and preparing batches, organizing shipments and pallets, operating forklifts, and ensuring the production floor and warehouse are safe, efficient, and well-organized. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Assistant to coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and keep production moving forward.
 Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Product Manufacturing: Lead the daily making of our main product according to recipes, quality standards, and schedules.</li>
<li>Recipe Development: Test and Tweak new and existing products in our test kitchen.</li>
<li>Warehouse Operations: Operate forklift, organize warehouse layout, and oversee storage of raw ingredients and finished goods.</li>
<li>Inventory Management: Track raw materials, restock supplies, and maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work with the Warehouse Manager to plan workflow and delegate tasks to the Warehouse Assistant and employees.</li>

<li>Efficiency &amp; Quality Control: Ensure production processes run smoothly and product quality is consistent.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues with equipment, ingredients, or workflow to keep production on schedule.</li>
</ul>

<li>Cleanliness &amp; Safety: Keep the production floor, equipment, and workspace clean, safe, and in working order and in regulation to Ohio’s laws.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Shipping: Prepare pallets for shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, as well as unloading deliveries with pallet jack.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience in production, food manufacturing, or warehouse operations. Culinary skills encouraged.</li>
<li>Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Physically able to lift 50 lbs+ regularly and stand for long periods.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Self-sufficient and proactive, with a knack for troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills; able to give clear direction and work collaboratively.</li>
